For Full Concierge, the work begins with an initial operating phase for intake, the personalized plan, packets, claims, and first follow-up. Continuation support then carries open, in-scope administrative items toward a defined close. The engagement closes when all in-scope packets are confirmed resolved or the defined engagement close is reached, whichever comes first.

Sensitive work remains subject to human review and approval. Settled prepares administrative notifications for the final income tax return and routes tax-return work to a qualified CPA. Legal matters are routed to a licensed attorney in the appropriate jurisdiction.
